OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, is exploring where to establish a long-term base for its international office as its London-based team grows.
Following the establishment of the company’s first international office in flex operator Fora’s York House at 221 Pentonville Road, N1, the company is evaluating options in anticipation of continued growth.
The company’s requirement is around 50,000 sq ft, but with the potential to stretch up to 100,000 sq ft. It is said to be considering locations with good access to St Pancras International, owing to its access to Eurostar services.
