OpenMoney and Orka Group take space at Manchester’s ABC building

Two tech firms have signed leases on a combined 6,550 sq ft of office space at Manchester’s redeveloped ABC Building, which is operated by All Work & Social.

OpenMoney will occupy 2,350 sq ft of Cat A space on the third floor of the building. Meanwhile, Orka took 4,200 sq ft of space on level 6 and level 6M which have been linked together to form a duplex with private roof garden.

Andrew Cowell, transactions and asset management at OBI, which advised the tenants, said: “ABC is a workplace of the future that provides occupiers access to communal breakout space, roof gardens, events, amenity and wellbeing space, which is valued by occupiers.

“The speed in which the space has let is testament to how ABC has differentiated itself within the market.”

The ABC building is located on Quay Street, on the edge of Manchester’s technology, media and creative district, Enterprise City.
