Specialist care provider Optalis has taken the remaining office space at 26,182 sq ft Trinity Court in Wokingham, Berkshire.
The company has signed a five-year lease for 5,600 sq ft, paying £10 per sq ft.
The deal means the 26,182 sq ft building is now fully let.
Michael Bradley, senior asset manager for the owner, the Apia Regional Office Fund, which is managed by Aviva Investors and Warner Estate Holdings, said: “This deal represents one of the most significant deals in the Berkshire market in recent months and takes the building to full occupancy.”
Deriaz Slater acted for Apia; Dunster & Morton advised Optalis.
