Cheshire-based Orbit Developments has let the whole of its 28,000 sq ft Emerson House office building in Eccles, Greater Manchester.
Urban Vision Partnerships, a joint venture between Salford City Council, Capita Symonds and Morrison, has signed a 5-year lease for the seven-storey building on an undisclosed rent.
The occupier is involved in the regeneration of Salford, the city in which Eccles is situated.
Andrew Hamer, surveyor at Urban Vision Partnerships, said:
“Our organisation required high quality accommodation in the locality of Salford, in order to continue our efforts in the regeneration of both the city and the Eccles area.”
Steve Warham, surveyor at Orbit, added:
“Orbit has achieved a significant number of lettings in the area this year and we have invested heavily in our buildings on the city fringes.”
GVA Grimley, Edwards & Co and Canning O’Neill advised Orbit.
