Orbit Developments has added restaurant chains Frankie & Benny’s and Chiquito to its line-up at the Middlebrook retail and leisure park in Bolton, Lancashire.
The North West developer has secured prelet agreements on
25-year leases with the chains.
Frankie & Benny’s will occupy a 4,500 sq ft store and Chiquito has taken a 4,000 sq ft store.
Orbit has secured planning permission for the construction of two new buildings, totaling 9,500 sq ft to accommodate the restaurants.
The plans also include a new car parking deck with space for an additional 213 cars.
Construction will start in the autumn.
Middlebrook retail park comprises 639,085 sq ft of space let to a variety of tenants including Marks & Spencer, Boots, Next, Argos, JD Sports and HMV.
