Orchard Street has completed the purchase of Snipe retail park in Ashton under Lyne, Greater Manchester, for £61.8m – a 6.7% yield.
The park was acquired from LaSalle Investment Management on behalf of St James’s Place.
The retail park covers 242,000 sq ft and is occupied by 15 national retailers with a WAULT of 6.2 years.
