Delancey has secured a further four lettings at the newly refurbished Orchard Brae House on Queensferry Road, Edinburgh.
Accommodation totalling 14,000 sq ft has been let to Vet Solutions, part of the global Henry Schein medical group, Ecometrica, an environmental sustainability management firm, and property company Braemore. A further 2,250 sq ft has been taken by existing tenant Seebyte.
The most recent letting at Orchard Brae House has seen Braemore take more than 6,000 sq ft on the second floor, in response to expansion in the property sector.
Delancey managing director Paul Goswell said: “The recent successes in Orchard Brae House are testament to the quality of the refurbishment coupled with the dramatically reduced availability of high-specification office space in the city centre.”
Orchard Brae House is now more than 75% let, with a number of flexible office suites still available.
