Orchard Street Investment Management has completed a new letting with wholesaler Shankar Foods at its Nimbus Park industrial estate in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, close to the M1.
Shankar Foods has agreed a five-year lease on one of the estate’s seven units, taking 28,936 sq ft at a headline rent of £10.50 per sq ft.
The letting follows a comprehensive refurbishment, improving the unit’s EPC rating to B. Rooftop solar panels are projected to generate more than 53MWh of renewable energy each year.
The refurbishment forms part of a wider retrofit programme at Nimbus Park, with a focus on the installation of photovoltaic energy systems.
