Flexible office provider Orega is to open its third London business centre in Hammersmith, W6.
Orega has signed a 10-year management contract with Halcrow, for 34,000 sq ft at the 10-storey building, 3 Shortlands. It is paying £32.50 per sq ft.
The centre will provide 400 desks from 1 February 2012.
It follows the opening of a centre at 16 High Holborn, WC1, in October 2010, and One Hardwick’s Square in Wandsworth, SW18.
Zach Douglas, joint managing director of Orega, said: “We believe that the London market still has untapped potential for high-quality, flexible office space in certain locations. We are continuing to pursue new signings, more of which are likely to conclude in Q1 2012.”
Strutt & Parker advised Halcrow. Orega was not represented.
