Orion Capital Managers has brought in Pella Real Estate Partners to manage the redevelopment of the BT Centre in the City of London.
The 300,000 sq ft office block at 81 Newgate Steet, EC1, will be vacated by BT in around 2.5 years.
Orion acquired BT’s current headquarters in July for £209.55m for its European Real Estate Fund V after the telecom’s giant put its home up for sale last summer after revealing plans to cut 13,000 jobs over the next three years and reduce its costs by £1.5bn.
