Developer and investor Osborne+Co has launched an investment management business to target emerging development opportunities in the UK and Europe.
Osborne+Co Investment Management will look to partner with family office, pension funds and high-net-worth-individuals and has already closed on three transactions with a total gross development value of more than £300m.
These include two offices in Milton Keynes, which OCIM aims to reposition, as well as a 10-acre site in Dublin, which is in pre-planning stages for a commercial office scheme.
The business aims to grow the gross development value of assets and projects under management to beyond £1bn in the next 12 months.
Osborne+Co has hired ex-Sidra financial director Rishi Khurana to help co-founders Conor Osborne and Rajesh Budhrani run OCIM.
Osborne said: “Our investment focus will initially be to target core development and value-add opportunities across the UK and Europe where we believe we are seeing an emerging disconnect in fundamentals and we anticipate value buying opportunities.”
