Ostrava Properties, the property investment arm of the Rigby Group, has secured outline planning consent to transform former passenger facilities at Coventry airport into a manufacturing and distribution hub.
Warwick district council planners approved the 650,000 sq ft hub, which will sit on a 30-acre site to the south of the airport.
Three units will be built ranging in size from 75,000 to 175,000 sq ft, with the largest being 325,000 sq ft.
A detailed planning application will be submitted later this year. Ostrava may build all three schemes at the same time, as it says it has seen strong demand.
Subject to detailed consent, work could start on site next spring, with completion 10 months later.
Colliers International, Cushman and Wakefield and local agent D&P Holt are letting agents.
