Oxford BioTherapeutics moves HQ to Oxford Science park

Cancer treatment company Oxford BioTherapeutics has relocated its UK headquarters to the Schrodinger Building on Oxford Science Park.

The business was previously headquartered at Milton Park in Abingdon. The move comes after OMass Therapeutics moved from the Schrodinger Building to a new research and development facility at ARC Oxford.

Oxford BioTherapeutics’ new HQ spans 5,000 sq ft of fitted lab and office space, operated by Oxford Science Enterprises. Market sources have indicated the asking price for the deal was £68.50 per sq ft.

Oxford BioTherapeutics expects the new facilities to boost its target discovery and drug development capabilities as they put the firm at the centre of a growing biotech ecosystem, including the recently announced expansion of the Ellison Institute for Transformative Medicine.
