Oxford Ionics takes space at Life Science REIT’s Oxford Technology Park

Life Science REIT plans to complete a further 262,000 sq ft at Oxford Technology Park after it signed Oxford Ionics.

The Oxford University quantum computing spin-off has taken 4,887 sq ft on the ground floor of Building One at a rent of £28.50 per sq ft for two years, with a break clause at the end of the first year.

Oxford Ionics is planning to move into larger long-term space on the park as it scales up. Last week it announced it had raised £30m in series A funding.

Overall occupancy of completed space at Oxford Technology Park now stands at 73.6%, with the REIT targeting to complete a further 262,000 sq ft of space at OTP during the next 18 months.
