Oxford Properties hires from Crown Estate for development role

Oxford Properties Group has hired a former manager at the Crown Estate and British Land as a new development director.

William Oddie joined Oxford as development director last month and will work on the company’s pipeline of logistics developments.

Oddie spent four years at the Crown Estate, joining as development manager in early 2018 and becoming senior development manager later that year. While at the estate he worked on schemes within the capital as well as regional projects including the Fosse Park shopping centre in Leicester.

Before the Crown Estate, Oddie spent six years as a development manager at British Land, and earlier at Brixton, a REIT purchased by SEGRO.
