Oxford Street & Other Stories

431-451 Oxford Street 1 570p

Womenswear brand & Other Stories is close to securing its second UK store at 431-433 Oxford Street, W1.

It will take 7,000 sq ft across three levels on a 20-year lease in the block owned by Tribeca Holdings.

This shop is the last available space in Tribeca’s 431-451 Oxford Street (pictured above).

Its location opposite Selfridges means that rents of up to £950 per sq ft zone A can be achieved.

Tribeca bought the property from Structadene founder David Pearl for £130m in 2013.

Now that it is fully let to new tenants, market sources estimated that its value could be as much as £300m.

JLL and Cushman & Wakefield are the letting agents.
