Oxford Trust strikes 95% occupancy at its innovation centre

The Oxford Trust has secured seven occupiers for its Blue Boar Court centre for innovation, taking the occupancy of the facility to 95%.

Oxford Drug Design, Optellum, Q-Control, Aether, Visual Meaning, Mathys & Squire and Oxford Innovation Space are due to relocate later this month.

The trust agreed a 10-year lease on the 13,000 sq ft workspace at Alfred Street in Oxford’s city centre late last year. The facility, which aims to support the growth and development of local science and tech start-ups, has relocated from Macclesfield House. Hyperlink https://www.egi.co.uk/news/oxford-trust-finds-new-home-at-blue-boar-court/

The centre at the Blue Boar Court will be managed by Oxford Innovation Space.

Steve Burgess, chief executive at The Oxford Trust, said: “Close to the University of Oxford’s key academic and research institutions, our new Oxford centre for innovation will enable collaboration between start-ups and researchers and investors, paving the way for groundbreaking discoveries.”
