Five lab and workspace buildings are set to be delivered at Wootton Science Park, Oxfordshire, as part of a £35m expansion masterplan.
Hartwell, the property development and automotive company, has unveiled plans to bring forward 106,233 sq ft of facilities for small and medium-sized science and technology companies.
The expansion also features amenities, including a gym, a restaurant and bike storage.
Hartwell property director James Hilton said: “With an unprecedented increase in the University of Oxford’s spinout companies involved in life sciences, quantum, AI, sustainability and more, we believe that the park’s future lies in answering the demand for grow-on lab and workspace and providing amenities to not only support those working here in their innovation and discovery, but also the wider community.”
The consultant team is Scott Brownrigg, Gerald Eve, IMA, Macfarlane + Associates, Aspect Ecology and Hoare Lea.
