The former Carmel College site in Wallingford, Oxfordshire has been put for sale for residential development for £30m.
The 78.9-acre site has planning consent for 166 homes.
A listed synagogue designed by local architect Thomas Hancock is to be converted into a swimming pool and café.
Savills is advising the vendor.
Matthew Davis, associate director at Savills in Oxford, said: “With full planning permission already in place, we expect to see a high level of interest for this exceptional riverside site at Mongewell Park, which will offer fantastic onsite facilities for new residents and visitors.
“Such a unique opportunity is always going attract a wide range of views on value, however Savills aims to secure proceedable offers in excess of £30m.”
