Oxfordshire’s first office-to-resi scheme has been sold by Lakesmere Developments to Oxford developer Cantay Estates.
The former offices at 1-20 Lakesmere Close, Kidlington, will changes hands for £1.9m. The 17,000 sq ft offices are being refurbished into 18 terraced houses and four flats, for occupation in March 2015.
This was the first scheme of its kind in Oxfordshire to gain commercial-to-residential approval by Cherwell district council.
