Oxygen to breathe in Manchester

Property Alliance Group’s 31-storey residential tower, Oxygen, has received planning consent from Manchester City Council.

The city centre tower will comprise 345 flats, 12 family town houses, leisure and amenity facilities and sky gardens close to Piccadilly Station.

Residents will have access to the development’s own spa, oxygenated pool and gym, be able to book party rooms for their own events, use the roof garden and grow their own herbs and vegetables on stepped, south facing allotments.

Dylan Williams, development director at Property Alliance Group, said: “We believe Oxygen will be a new benchmark in urban living. It has been designed with the long-term resident in mind and will deliver very high-quality accommodation supported by high-quality amenities.”

The town houses surround the base of the development with front doors off the street.

The south-west corner of the development offers a stepped allotment terrace where residents can grow their own food.

Storage and parking provision, along with a 24-hour concierge and support from the on-site Oxygen team, will be provided.

Deloitte Real Estate advised on planning.
