The partners of Clifford Chance, Rogers & Wells and Pünder, Volhard, Weber & Axster this weekend confirmed Pünder’s inclusion in the three-way merger.
The merger was sealed with a vote of partners in all three practices, with “an overwhelming majority” in favour.
The real estate practice within the firm will comprise 56 partners and more than 150 lawyers.
