P-Three appoints ex-Shaftesbury director as consultant

P-Three has appointed Julia Wilkinson as restaurant and placemaking consultant. Wilkinson joins from Shaftesbury and Shaftesbury Capital where she spent nearly three decades and led the restaurant and hospitality sector. During her time at Shaftesbury, Wilkinson curated known destinations such as Carnaby, Soho, Chinatown and Seven Dials. She brings experience in urban regeneration, prime leasing and stakeholder engagement. At P-Three, Wilkinson will lead a new consultancy service line, advising on vision and leasing strategies for estates, mixed-use assets and prime London locations. She will also continue to advise landlords, trusts and occupiers through a portfolio of consultancy roles alongside her work with P-Three.
