Pactolus Hungarian Property has unveiled plans for a £20m flotation on the Alternative Investment Market.
Midas has set up the group to invest in the Hungarian property market, with a focus on the more affluent areas of Budapest.
It will buy freehold property, rent it and let it to blue-chip corporate tenants.
