The first phase of 14 shops and restaurants will total 70,000 sq ft (6,500m2) and is being marketed for occupation next summer. When complete, PaddingtonCentral will total almost 1.9m sq ft (176,500m2), including 1.5m sq ft (139,300m2) of offices, 100,000 sq ft (9,300m2) of restaurants and 210 high-quality apartments and community facilities.
