Pagabo reveals £47bn developer framework plans

UK framework provider Pagabo, on behalf of Cumbria Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, has unveiled the details of a £47bn developer-led framework it is to procure.

The four-year long framework, which has the option to be extended for a further 16 months to April 2026, is aiming to help public sector bodies procure work with developers.

It is split into three lots: property development via joint venture and special purpose vehicle, long income lease and leaseback, and property development single site by development agreement.

The lots will cover a variety of work including social housing, commercial buildings, student accommodation, health, education and mixed-use schemes.

Jason Stapley, managing director at Pagabo, said: “It has, of course, been a worrying time for the sector with construction output dropping, but despite the exceptional circumstances we have seen a tremendous amount of access agreements coming through from clients wanting to access our existing frameworks.”
