Two regional Holiday Inn hotels have been put on the market by a private investor for a total of £13.5m.
The hotels, in Kettering, Northamptonshire, and Preston, Lancashire, are being offered for sale freehold with vacant possession and franchise agreements with IHG.
Opened in 2012, Holiday Inn Express Preston South is valued at £5.5m and comprises 103 ensuite guest bedrooms at an average size of 323 sq ft. Facilities include three meeting rooms, a bar, restaurant, ground-floor reception and onsite parking for 110 vehicles.
Holiday Inn Express Kettering, valued at £8m, comprises 120 guest bedrooms at an average size of 247 sq ft. It also offers four meeting rooms, a bar, a restaurant and 99 on-site parking spaces.
