Helical Bar and Crosstree have let three more floors at The Warehouse, EC1, part of their 320,000 sq ft Bower scheme at Old Street roundabout.
CBS Interactive, an online content provider owned by the CBS Corporation, has signed for 17,416 sq ft on the eighth and ninth floors at a rent of £60 per sq ft.
Allegis Group, the UK subsidiary of a US recruitment company, has also signed for the 18,035 sq ft third floor at a rent of £55 per sq ft.
Helical Bar chief executive Michael Slade said: “The past two months have seen a high level of activity across both the London and regional portfolios, dominated by strong letting progress and the realisation of cash from a number of our developments.”
JLL and Hatton Real Estate are letting agents at The Warehouse.
