AIM-listed investment vehicle Palace Capital has bought Isle of Man-based Hockenhull Estates for £1.8m.
Hockenhull Estates owns nine commercial properties in Crewe and Nantwich in Cheshire, and is managed by founder Frank Hockenhall’s FH Properties.
Hockenhull Estates marketed its property portfolio last year at £2.35m.
