Black County-based Pallet Track has taken a 267,290 sq ft distribution hub at Threadneedle Investment Managers and Zurich Assurance’s Millfields Road industrial estate in Bilston in the West Midlands.
Pallet Track has signed a five year lease, with the option of a further five years, on the Titan 10 building . The agreed rent is around £1m pa exclusive of rates.
The company plans to reconfigure the building for its overnight freight handling operations,.
