Over 3,500 delegates attended a cocktail party held at the Palm Beach Hotel in Cannes last night to celebrate the start of MIPIM 97.
The total number of participants at this, the eighth international commercial property exhibition, is expected to beat last years record of 6,500 from 55 countries around the world.
This years event features a handful of new attractions, including the London Stand, the largest single stand ever mounted at MIPIM. Participants include the Corporation of London, Canary Wharf, the London First Centre and Estates Gazette Interactive.
