Palmer Capital has sold its remaining shares in sites around the Discovery Park science campus in Kent.
It sold its interests in the office itself last year, but retained 55 acres of surrounding land through two other companies. The land has consent for 500 homes.
After the sale completes in January, Palmer Capital will have no further involvement in the Discovery Park estate.
