Panattoni has named former Knight Frank partner Nick Cripps as its new head of capital markets.
Cripps will be based at the developer’s Hanover Square office in W1. He will be responsible for the capitalisation of its projects across the UK and Europe, as well as helping with managing global and European investor relationships and structure capital solutions.
He spent 12 years at Knight Frank’s capital markets team, advising both domestic and international investors and developers on their UK industrial acquisitions and disposals.
Matthew Byrom, managing director of Panattoni, said: “With recent events, many of our capital partners are now wishing to increase their exposure to the industrial and logistics sector even further.”
