Panattoni has appointed Robin Leahy as development director for London and the South.
He replaces James Watson, who has been promoted to head of development for southern England and London.
The reshuffle is a part of a wider expansion of Panattoni’s UK team.
Leahy (pictured) joins the developer from William Pears Group, where he was development director. In his new role, Leahy will be responsible for accelerating the land acquisition programme for both speculative developments and build-to-suit activity across London and the South region.
