Lady Tina Green, wife of the retail tycoon Sir Philip, bought four multi-million-pound properties as BHS, the chain of department stores she owned with her husband, headed for collapse.
Green amassed a £37.5m portfolio using offshore companies, according to the Pandora Papers. Properties include a £10.6m townhouse in Belgravia, a £7m duplex apartment in Eaton Place, and flats in Mayfair valued at £15m and £4.95m.
The revelations, contained in leaked financial documents and reported by the BBC, detail how the Greens bought a flat in Mayfair for £4.95m weeks after Dominic Chappell took control of BHS for £1.
