Jewellery group Pandora has agreed to take a new shop at Park House on Oxford Street, W1.
The retailer plans to let 2,400 sq ft across two floors at Barwa Real Estate’s development.
Pandora is thought to be paying more than £650 per sq ft zone A.
It typically takes 10-year leases.
There is 5,800 sq ft across three shops remaining at the mixed-use scheme.
Park House comprises 87,700 sq ft of retail, 163,000 sq ft of offices and 58,500 sq ft of residential space.
