Investment bank Panmure Gordon has signed a deal to take 15,000 sq ft of office space at Land Securities’ mixed-use city scheme, One New Change EC4.
Panmure will pay £53.50 on a 10-year lease with a five-year break.
It is vacating Moorgate Hall, EC2, ahead of a 2016 lease expiry.
Contractor Mace struck a deal to occupy the entire 66,000 sq ft building earlier this year.
Panmure will move to the third floor of One New Change, joining CBRE Global Investors which took 25,000 sq ft on a 15-year lease for £53.50 per sq ft in Q1.
The development, which includes 340,000 sq ft of office space, has 50,000 sq ft still to let, also on the third floor.
US law firm K&L Gates, which pre-let 120,000 sq ft at One New Change in November 2007 is also in advanced talks to sublet space to online gaming company and Real Madrid CF kit sponsor Bwin.
Bwin is under offer to take 20,000 sq ft on the fourth floor at a rent in the region of £53.50 on a lease understood to be five years.
BNP Paribas Real Estate acted for Panmure Gordon; DTZ and Savills acted for Land Securities; Colliers and CBRE act for K&L Gates; PJM act for Bwin.
