Panther Securities has acquired four properties in August for around £7.5m.
The company bought a 200,000 sq ft shed in Maldon in Essex for £3.9m, the listed Lyceum Building in Liverpool for £3m, a 25,000 sq ft office and shed development in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire for £490,000 and a seafront restaurant in Margate, Kent for £190,000.
The properties will generate additional income to the group of more than £1m a year.
The group still has a further £15m revolving facility and £3m of cash funds to purchase other long-term investments.
