Panther goes for £15.8m market quote

Panther Securities, the private property company headed by Andrew Perloff and Malcolm Bloch, is disregarding investors’ coolness towards the property sector and seeking a stock market listing.

Shares have been priced at 90p and after the listing the company will have net assets of £17m or 97p per share. The company will have a market value of £15.78m.

Provided that the £1.39m placing is successful, Panther will offer its own shares to shareholders in quoted company Etonbrook. Perloff has been trying to gain control of Etonbrook for two years and stepped in as chairman after a boardroom coup last year.
