Birmingham council, Argent and Altitude Real Estate will next week submit plans for the first phase of their 1.5m sq ft Paradise Circus scheme.
Plans will comprise two office blocks totalling 400,000 sq ft, a 450-seat concert hall, two new public squares and five new pedestrian streets.
Subject to consent, work will start on site in mid 2014, with completion of the first phase in Q2 2017.
