Parexel, one of the largest pharmaceutical consultancies in the world, is poised to move to a new headquarters in Uxbridge.
In the second largest office letting in the Western Corridor this year, Parexel has put the 88,500 sq ft (8,220 sq m) Quays building under offer at a reputed £25 per sq ft (£269.10 per sq m).
The Quays building is wholly owned and occupied by the fund Lincoln National, which is soon to consolidate into its Gloucester HQ.
