Allsop has appointed James Pargeter to its West End commercial investment team.
Pargeter has 20 years’ experience in West End investment and joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he recently advised on transactions in excess of £800m, including 20-21 St James’s Square, SW1, 1 Neathouse Place, SW1, and 7 Old Park Lane, W1.
He spent the first 12 years of his career at Lewis Ellis where he became a partner, before moving to Montagu Evans.
He joins investment partners Nick Pemberton, Piers Glover and Ben Blinston-Jones, and Leasing Partner Barney Lewis in Allsop’s head office on Wigmore Street, W1.
