MEAG Real Estate Management and Munich-based property group TMW Immobilien have bought the Point du Joura Paris office complex for €152m (FFr997m). The asset managers acted for Victoria Lebensversicherung, part of the ERGO insurance group, and French group Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC).
