Voucher and gift-card retailer Park Group has taken 25,982 sq ft of space at 20 Chapel Street in Liverpool.
The company has signed a 10-year lease with landlord Canmoor for the third and fourth floors of the 15-storey building.
It is understood this marks the largest Liverpool city centre deal signed this year.
Park Group will retain its existing offices on Valley Road Industrial Estate in Birkenhead.
Since 2017, 20 Chapel Street has undergone a refurbishment programme and will be almost fully let following the deal.
The 12th floor and part of the sixth floor, totalling 15,211 sq ft, are yet to be occupied.
Sam Walker, director at Canmoor, said: “Securing such a well known and credible business as Park Group is a massive coup for 20 Chapel Street and is proof that the appetite for high-quality office accommodation offering a wide range of services and amenities to occupiers is still strong.
“This latest letting takes the building to 90% occupancy, with a diverse mix of high-profile tenants. With limited availability of grade-A space across the city, we expect interest to remain high for the remaining two floors.”
