Sports media rights company MP & Silva has signed for 15,000 sq ft at the State of Qatar’s Park House, W1, off Oxford Street.
MP & Silva will take the fourth floor on a 15-year lease, relocating its London headquarters from 30 St George Street, W1.
It follows investment firm TPG taking space in Park House for its new EMEA HQ.
MP & Silva is co-headquartered in London and Singapore with 20 offices worldwide.
REM manages the block on behalf of the Qataris.
REM chief executive Michael Baker said: “The building offers resilient, high specification space that can adapt quickly to business expansion and the efficiencies of being on a single floorplate. We are delighted that internationally renowned companies such as MP & Silva, TPG Capital and Elliott Advisors have chosen Park House as their office address. We are in advanced discussions with a number of parties for the remaining space, with the retail and residential components now fully let and occupied.”
MP & Silva chief executive Marco Aulette said: “The high specification and flexibility of the efficient large floors were key in our decision making. It is important to provide the highest quality environment for our staff and the building delivers this both internally and thanks to fantastic transport links and retail amenities within close proximity.”
REM was advised by CBRE, Knight Frank and Bilfinger GVA; MP & Silva was represented by BDG Sparkes Porter.
