Park Plaza completes purchase of London hotel portfolio

  Park Plaza has today completed the purchase of interests in three London hotels from Elbit Imaging.   The company announced it had agreed to buy the interests in the Park Plaza Sherlock Holmes Hotel, Park Plaza Victoria Hotel and Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel for £21m yesterday.   The transaction was conditional on the admission of 1m Park Plaza shares to trading on AIM today.   Park Plaza said the shares had now been admitted to trading.   nathan.cross@estatesgazette.com   To access all EGi news stories and commercial property data sign up for a free trial today, or visit the subscription options page to find out more.
