A dispute over access arrangements for ten car parking spaces at Eros House, Catford, is heading for the High Court after Turner J granted Wolsey Securities Ltd, the owner of a long lease of the spaces, leave to seek judicial review of the local authoritys decision to approve revised access arrangements.
Wolsey is also challenging the council over their refusal to take action against what it claims is unlawful development on the site in breach of planning consent.
