Parkview International has confirmed it has acquired two sites it critically needed to complete its masterplan for the £500m redevelopment of Battersea Power Station.
As mentioned in EGi last week, the developers have been in protracted negotiations with landowners National Grid and British Rail Property Board to acquire the two sites which total 0.8ha (2 acres).
A statement from Parkview said: “The future of two key parcels of land within the site has now been determined. Resolution of the future of these two sites has been critical in establishing commercial certainty and enabling a detailed masterplan for the entire site to be progressed.”
