Parlison shortlists partners for Birmingham Post & Mail

Parlison Properties has shortlisted six potential joint venture partners for the redevelopment of its Post & Mail site on Colmore Circus in Birmingham.

Plans include either 270,000 sq ft of offices in a 14-storey building, or 200,000 sq ft of offices alongside 350 apartments in a 34-storey tower.

Last May, the Department of Constitutional Affairs scrapped plans for a 200,000 sq ft court complex at the site in favour of David McLean’s rival Masshouse.

The list includes Grosvenor, Development Securities, CALA Properties and British Land.

FPDSavills and Knight Frank are joint agents.
