Frogmore and Mulberry Developments have bought 300 acres near Corby, Northamptonshire for the development of their Midlands Logistics Park.
The land has outline planning permission for logistics and can accommodate 5m sq ft of facilities.
The park will be two miles from Corby and within a two-hour drive of 75% of the UK population.
NatWest has backed the joint venture with a £25m structured facility.
Paul Eyre, NatWest’s managing director for real estate finance in the Midlands and East of England, said: “Frogmore and Mulberry’s venture will provide development opportunities in a strategic location, bringing with it jobs to the region.”
